We can play wid our cousins

We can eat so many sweets

We can fire crackers

The sweet smell of flowers

The array of colors

Diwali is here

Firecrackers are heard

Candles are lit

Children play

Presents are given

We pray to the gods

Diwali is here.

Adults r cheerful and smiling wid joy

There r lots of fireworks

which u and me enjoy

And now that we’re celebrating Diwali

I know that people are jolly

Diwali aik khusiyon ka taivhaar hai

Andhere se ujaale ki or barkaraar hai

Har koi andhery ko ujaala karne ke liye taiyaar hai

Lekin jo saavdhani rakhy, wahi samajhdaar hai

Koi waqt ka toh koi khusiyon ka talabgaar hai

Nazre bhicha kar baitha hai, bas aane ka intezaar hai

Aa jaaye toh paalo isse,

Pher naaa kehnaaa agly saal ka intezaar hai!!!!
